Project: Iowa State University Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Facility Office Building built for Iowa State University was intended to provide a state-of-the-art open office environment for 210 employees. A companion structure was also built as part of the complex for the Iowa State Library. The 20,000 sq. ft. temperature and humidity controlled storage structure houses high density book racking.

The buildings were constructed out of industrial pre-cast concrete panels most commonly found on warehouses allowing the project to be built on a tight budget.
